Say No to GMO in WA. In spite of trials showing no benefit to GMO crops, contamination of non-GMO crops, no plans to label GMO food products, and significant community opposition, WA’s agriculture minister is determined to allow genetically-modified canola to be commercially planted here. A few groups are co-ordinating to keep opposing it.
Protect Queensland’s food bowl from coal mining - 6degrees.org.au is trying to prevent Queensland’s farmland from being ripped up for coal production.
